Lost in The Use of Uselessness

I woke up today
Smelling like Sylvia Plath
Bright, bold and
Unapologetically poetic

The clock ticked away
Inglorious sand
And slid off shameless vertices
Off a tardy Sunday wall

The sun slimed off
Cheesecake rays off my windows
And all I could see through glass
Was bright golden nothing

The winged domesticities
Flew by my visuals in a haze
And nestled upon the branches
Which I had uprooted in my dreams

Of a bygone organza

Sundays are meant to be
This way
To make you feel wasted
At the end of the day

Sundays are mean to feel this way.. I love it coz I feel like that on Sunday's.
Also, "The sun slimed off
Cheesecake rays off my windows..." is an interesting word picture. :)
